Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear parents,

As members* of our corporation, we wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. via the ZOOM platform. To access the platform on the day of the meeting, please click on the following link.

To facilitate the organization of this meeting, we kindly ask you to confirm your attendance by registering before November 26, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. via the registration form provided for this purpose. We also invite you to consult the meeting agenda and the minutes of the 2023 Members’ Meeting.

We would like to remind you that, in accordance with the corporation’s by-laws, a Nominating Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors three months prior to the Annual General Meeting. The mandate of this committee is to :

• to consult on potential candidates for the position of director of director;
• to recommend to the Annual General Meeting the candidate or candidates for the positions to be filled on the Board.

Currently, in order to fill the positions up for election, the Nominating Committee is looking for candidates from the healthcare sector or with expertise in neurodiversity.

At the AGM on November 27, the Nominating Committee will propose the appointment and renewal of the candidates it has selected.

*The following are members of the corporation:

• Parents and legal guardians of students enrolled at École Vanguard, for as long as such students are enrolled;
• Parents and legal guardians of students who, within 30 days of their children’s departure from the school, have notified the secretary of the corporation in writing of their wish to remain a member of the corporation. Such parents or legal guardians who, from year to year, fail to renew their membership in the Corporation, shall cease to be members thereof.
